As the west coast Regional Sales Engineer, he will serve as a valuable asset in driving the company’s growth and expertise in packaging automation. With a proven track record in packaging engineering and capital project management, Wil will play a key role in expanding ESS Technologies’ reach and impact within the industry.
Wil’s prior experience as Director of Engineering at Woodland Foods and Principal Packaging Equipment Engineer at Rich Products Corporation equips him with a specialized end user perspective on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
