vertical (VC Series)
The VC30 Cartoner integrates a FANUC SR-6iA robot with ESS designed end-of-arm tooling (EOAT) to erect auto-bottom, tuck, or glue bottom cartons. Cartons then convey to stations for manual or automated loading and closing.
HORIZONTAL (SC Series)
The SC Series servo-driven horizontal (side-load) cartoning machines handle pre-glued cartons with straight or reverse tuck-in closure. The machines also accommodate glue closure and 5th panel cartons.
Vertical Robotic (V30 Series)
The V30 Series Top-Load Robotic Case Packer integrates a FANUC vision-guided M-20i Series robot platform to load bottles (plastic or glass), cartons, jars, and/or bags into RSC cases.
Vertical Robotic with Integrated Pallet Cell
The Model V30P Vertical (Top-Load) Robotic Case Packer with Integrated Palletizer combines a FANUC M-710iC/50H robot with custom, ESS-designed end-of-arm tooling (EOAT) to create a robotic system for top-loading RSC cases and palletizing in a compact cell that requires 50% less floor space compared to conventional solutions.
Case Erector / Loader / Closer for RSC Cases
The CEL5 Series offers a modular system for case erecting, case loading and case closing that accommodates top loading, side loading, or bottom loading of standard RSC cases.
Wrap Around ( WA Series)
The WA Series Wrap Around Case Packer incorporates a servo driven loader to create a wrap-around style case packing system. Product is loaded using a servo driven loader, and the case is sealed with hot melt glue.
The Model SA-5 Semi-Automatic Boxer handles pre-erected cases that the operator manually places in the loading position. The case packer collates the product into the required pack pattern. When the pattern is complete, an LED on the controls alerts the operator who then manually activates the loading device and removes the loaded case.

The Robotic Mini Pallet Cell incorporates a FANUC multi-axis robot with ESS-designed vacuum style end-of-arm tooling (EOAT) to create a compact, high performance palletizing cell for single or dual pallet configurations.
