When production switches to a different SKU, operators call up the corresponding recipe in seconds — no technician required. This is especially valuable for plants managing expanding SKU portfolios with frequent format changes.
What is ProAdjust and how does it reduce changeover time?

ProAdjust is Schneider Packaging Equipment's automated changeover system for case packers. When switching between case formats, operators press a button and the machine automatically repositions to the correct settings for the new format. ProAdjust Lite offers a guided version with indicator lights and position verification — suitable for less-experienced operators. Both solutions significantly reduce manual changeover time and the risk of setup errors.
