Greg is the Chief Executive Officer and Founding Partner of Pacteon Group, bringing more than 20 years of commercial and operational leadership experience to the organization. Greg began his tenure with Pacteon in 2018 as Executive Vice President.

CHRIS VAUGHN

CFO - Pacteon

Chris is the Chief Financial Officer of Pacteon Group, bringing over 20 years of experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, and global security.  Chris has held senior finance roles in major manufacturing operations and was CFO of Guardiar before joining Pacteon in 2020. 

MIKE SMITH

SVP/GM - Pacteon

Mike is the Senior Vice President and a Founding Partner of Pacteon Group. He serves as General Manager of Pacteon’s OEM divisions—Schneider, ESS, and Phoenix. With over 30 years of engineering and technology leadership,  he drives product and service growth while strengthening engineering and operations teams. Mike also serves on the PMMI Board of Directors and participates in the FANUC Robotics Presidents Council.

ERICA ALLER

Director HR - Pacteon

Erica Aller joined Pacteon in March 2021 as the HR Director across all of Pacteon’s brands.  She brings over 20 years of HR experience in manufacturing environments.  Before Pacteon, she served in HR leadership roles at ESS Technologies and Schneider Packaging Equipment. Known for her open-door approach and commitment to employee engagement, Erica also serves on PMMI’s Workforce Committee.

DAVE FARQUHAR

SVP - Pacteon

Originally a Co-founder and Chairman for Descon, Dave now serves as Senior Vice President of Pacteon Beverage. With more than 35 years of experience,  he is a recognized expert in packaging line optimization and design.  He continues to guide organizational strategy and technical direction for turnkey projects in the beverage manufacturing sector.

SVP COMMERCIAL OPERATIONS - Pacteon

Andy joined Pacteon in 2021 as Vice President of Aftermarket, helping refocus the company on its customers and field assets.  After four successful years, he was promoted to SVP of Commercial Operations to lead all Commercial functions. Andy is a PMMI Max Committee Sponsor for Field Service and has served on the Future Workforce and the Industry Relations Committees.

MIKE BREWSTER

VP SALES - Pacteon

Mike joined Schneider Packaging in 2016 as Director of Sales and Marketing to drive customer-focused growth and expand into new markets. After two successful years, he was promoted to Vice President of Sales.  Beyond his Pacteon responsibilities, he serves as a Committee Chair for PMMI’s Employee Development Committee and sits on the PMMI Foundation Board. 

JEFF DENNIS

VP ENGINEERING - Schneider

As Vice President of Engineering, Jeff oversees the design, development, and quality assurance of Pacteon’s OEM equipment. He is dedicated to ensuring on-time delivery while fostering a high-performance culture capable of navigating the fast-paced end-of-line packaging market. Jeff’s leadership focuses on building sustainable systems and empowering his team to drive long-term success.

VP/GM - Descon Conveyor Systems

Steve has been with Descon for more than 25 years, advancing through a series of progressive leadership roles during a period of substantial company growth. As Vice President and General Manager, he oversees business strategy and execution, with a strong focus on developing a high-performing team that supports Descon's ongoing success. 

JEFF PHILPOTT

VP ENGINEERING & SALES - Descon Conveyor Systems

Jeff has over 25 years of leadership experience integrating packaging machinery and container handling systems for the food and beverage industry. As Vice President of Engineering and Sales, he directs sales, engineering, R&D, and innovation while aligning technology and applications to enhance efficiency and deliver strong results for customers across North America.
