Responsibilities include: Develop application solutions for customers that meet stated scope requirements based on RFQs and customer requests, within the timeframe allotment, quality standards and cost objectives.

Applications Quotation Engineer - ESS
Responsibilities include: Liaise with the Commercial team on sales opportunity proposals. This position will Collaborate with the design engineering, operations, procurement, and project management teams to develop sales proposals/quotations in support of the commercial team.
Continuous Improvement Engineer - Schneider
Responsibilities include: Serve as the main point of contact representing the engineering department during build, commissioning, startup, and iFAT (Phase 5) acting as the liaison between engineering and operations departments.
Controls Engineer - ESS
Responsibilities include: Design electrical controls and schematics in AutoCAD format. Develop equipment line layouts (AutoCAD) and work with customers and suppliers to provide the most efficient installation. Provide direction to manufacturing and service as required for execution of designs.
Controls Engineer - schneider
Responsibilities include: Design, develop and implement equipment control systems and subsystems for multiple simultaneous projects following established design standards and practices. Commission equipment, including final acceptance, prior to shipment. Commission equipment at customer’s facility as required.
CONTROLS ENGINEER / PLC PROGRAMMER - DESCON
Responsibilities include: PLC HMI program development and supervision, using Rockwell software. Travel to customer location for onsite start-up and commissioning. Participate in in-house R&D, testing, development, and customer FAT presentations as required.
Conveyor and Equipment Designer (Solidworks)
Responsibilities include: Mechanical design of conveyor and packaging equipment ensuring proper fit and functionality of all components. Generation of detailed fabrication/assembly drawings and BOM lists for the Descon assembly department. Work with Descon’s department manager and project leads to ensure the timely design, completion, and accuracy of packaging solutions for all of Descon’s clients
Conveyor and Equipment Onsite Technician
Responsibilities include: Travel to customer facilities primarily throughout Canada and the United States for extended durations, usually weeks at a time. Competently read and interpret mechanical drawings and layout specifications. Accurately install conveyors and packaging equipment as per supplied drawings, and layout specifications.
Electrical Design Engineer - Schneider
Responsibilities include: Take project requirements from a cross functional team to create electrical designs, schematics, and release packages for control systems that fulfill customer and internal specifications. Meet project Quality Plan requirements and project schedules for controls.
Electrical Designer - Descon
Responsibilities include: Review contract documentation, engineering design (drawings and calculations), technical documents, and schedules. Prepare calculations for sizing/selection of commonly used power and control systems (electrical load calculations, cabling, etc.).
Field Controls Engineer - ESS
Responsibilities include: Commission equipment, including final acceptance, prior to shipment. Commission equipment at customer’s facility as required. Provide satisfactory field support which will includes travel to customer locations up to 80% to ensure satisfactory operation of machines, production support, and training.

Responsibilities include: Provide professional equipment installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and customer support services for a complete range of Schneider products. Demonstrate excellent technical, customer service and communication skills on the job.

Responsibilities include: Project accounting, financial reporting, managing KPIs (Commercial & Operational), budgeting, forecasting, building financial models, ROI analysis, and providing strategic financial insights to the leadership team.
Machinist - Descon
Responsibilities include: Competently read and interpret mechanical part drawings. Set up, adjust, and operate all basic machine tools to perform precision machining operations. Machine parts to specifications using a manual lathe, milling machine, saws, grinder, etc.

Responsibilities include: Design and fabricate production ready equipment for the packaging industry, and deepen the understanding of products, customers, goals, organization, and business strategies, evaluating systems and processes, and identifying improvement needs.

PACTEON DIRECTOR OF SALES
Provide vision and leadership for PACTEON’s sales function across the Schneider Packaging and Phoenix Stretch Wrapper business units to drive revenue and market share growth by developing and implementing a sales strategy, implementing effective sales process, monitoring and analyzing sales and marketing activity against goals, and building, leading, developing, and retaining a best in class sales team.
Project Engineer - Descon
Responsibilities include: Create detailed layout design drawings for automated packaging lines. Develop client relationships and clearly articulate our technical capabilities. Collaborate with all engineering departments to find solutions to complex issues as they arise.
Skilled Assembly / Machine Builder - Descon
Responsibilities include: Competently read and interpret mechanical drawings, layout specifications, and Bills of Materials for assembly. Gather parts as needed from the Bill of Materials and correct fasteners for the conveyor section.
Technical Documentation Specialist - Schneider
Responsibilities include: Manage, facilitate, and evaluate documentation standards for technical content. Work with leadership and subject matter experts to assess training gaps and needs to build training programs to ensure maximum training results.
Training and Development Manager
Responsibilities include: Assessing the skills, performance, productivity and talents of potential Service Technicians and Field Controls Engineers for Pacteon and preparing written evaluations with advice for improvement.
Welder fabricator - Schneider
Responsibilities include: Welders primarily use TIG Welding to make various parts of Steel, Aluminum, and Stainless Steel.
